byobu-config view is broken when changing the esc key in newer tmux

Bug Description

From tmux 1.9a, 'tmux source' command displays what options the user
set to stdout, so the byobu-config view is broken when changing the
escape key. (I've attached the screenshot)

fix_broken_byobu-config.patch Edit (514 bytes, text/plain)

This patch fixes this problem by throwing away outputs from
'byobu-ctrl-a'.
