Bug Description
When running bash outside of byobu/tmux, I can use Ctrl-left arrow and Ctrl-right arrow to move left and right by one word. It also works fine under the screen backend.
If I try to do this with the tmux backend, bash ignores or does not receive the ctrl modifier and instead moves left or right by one character.
Disabling Byobu's key bindings (Ctrl F12) has no effect -- ctrl-left / ctrl-right still only moves L/R by one character.
