lib/byobu/custom should ignore files which end with ~

Bug Description

Files which end with ~ are typically backup files. They should be ignored.

I'm using vim, which creates backups with ~, so I have to delete them every time I edit files in .byobu/bin. I'm a bit troubled by this behavior.
