Bug Description

In 11.10, non-focused tmux windwos that produced output had their window titles set to bold in order to indicate that they had produced output. In 12.04, background windows that produce output instead get their titles set to reverse-video, which is the same as the active window. This makes it impossible to tell which window is active when many windows are producing output.

Also, 5.18 has a problem where the entire status bar except for the window titles will disappear if you create a new window and then run any command (for example, "ls") in that new window. So after doing this, the only text on the bottom bar would be:

0:bash- 1:bash*

No logo, no dist version, and none of the status indicators on the right. 5.17 only has the first problem.
