Bug Description
Affected releases:
* 2.0b1 to 2.0.0
* 2.2a1 to revision 8
Not-affected Releases:
* 1.x
An user can't uses arguments -h|--help and -v|--version if µBackup is not configured.
This should be resolved moving these arguments from "parsearguments" to "parseimpargume
