Bug Description

I have a dual boot system: Windows 7 x64 and Ubuntu Natty x64 and I use burg as my bootloader.
Recently I had to install Matlab on Windows, and after a restart Burg would just reboot my system in an endless loop.
It seems that Matlab is using FlexNet, which, in turn, overwrote sector 32 of the hdd with information of its own.
While restoring grub2 from a live-cd (grub-setup), it detected the FlexNet sector and managed to work around it (this forum post http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1661254 suggests it is a recent fix by Colin Watson).
However, when I try burg-setup, it doesn't detect the mentioned sector (probably overwrites it), and the problem reappears when I start Matlab (FlexNet overwrites it again).
I guess the fix didn't make it into burg. Please update burg (and adding a natty/oneiric section to the PPA would also be nice).
