RSS feeds for pending merge requests

it would be nice if bundlebuggy supported rss feeds with pending merge requests.

(This bug report is mainly here for me to make sure I don't forget to finish the rewrite of this)

Bundle Buggy is still to slow for me to be comfortable with this:

$ time wget --quiet http://bundlebuggy.aaronbentley.com/project/bzr/request

I'm happy to merge it as long as it can be disabled, or if it does caching.
