Ubuntu 13.04 & Ubuntu GNOME 13.04: Configurator doesn't launch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install bumblebee-config-gui on Ubuntu 13.04 or Ubuntu GNOME 13.04
2. Click on bumblebee-config-gui in Dash or Applications

Actual Result:
The program does not launch. In GNOME Shell, the program's name appears in the top panel next to a "busy" icon for about 15-20 seconds, then disappears. In Unity, nothing happens.

When typing "bumblebee-config-gui" into the terminal, Ubuntu replies:

command not found

Expected Result:
Bumblebee Configurator GUI should launch properly.

Notes:
Version (according to Synaptic): 0.7.0-3
Tested on ASUS X93-S laptop. 100% reproducible.
I attempted re-installing bumblebee-config-gui several times, always to the same result.
When simply typing "sudo apt-get install bumblebee-config-gui", Ubuntu replies the software is already the newest version.

Same problem here. I really wanted to use that gui since I am quite new to linux, and had many problems with drivers, but it doesn't start at all.
