asus eeepc 1001px doesn't resume after hibernate

My netbook run Ubuntu precise 12.04. Uswsusp version is the 1.0+20110509-2ubuntu1. I have 1GB of ram and 3.9 Gb of swap. The netbook go in poweroff, but when I boot, uswsusp extract the image and stop; i have to restart the PC. This is the log file from /var/log/pm-suspend.log: enabled, not active

Thanks for the help. P.S. I've just solved the problem with the NetworkManager and the line where it's the nm changed from "Falied" to "success", but resume continues to make the same thing. I've tried tuxonice and hibernate scripts too, but with the same results.
