Bug Description
I have noticed that since the new code push to folios a few months ago that some folios will flip upside down. This was speratic and when reprocessed a few times it seem to fix the issue. The past week or so this has been more of an issue and reprocessing isn't always able to fix the problem. We now have to reset it and redo the folio which is counterproductive for my scanners and my republishers. Can new code be created so this does not happen anymore?

Half of our folios shot at the foldout station wind up upside down in republisher despite their being shot right side up. Reprocessing does not fix the issue. When this occurs, we're forced to shoot the material over again which is counterproductive for everyone involved. Can something be done to fix this problem?
