Bug Description

Today I have been listening to some new music I downloaded and banshee keeps closing out for no reason to my knowledge. Its happened for a third time today. Maybe Banshee doesn't like Devo?

Please start banshee from the terminal with the following command and post the output when it crashes:
banshee --debug

I'm not sure if there's a way to disable gapless playback in banshee, but maybe you could try that?

There is, but I'm not sure it would help.

Edit → Preferences → Uncheck the "Enable gapless playback" option

It does indeed appear to be a problem with gapless playback and gstreamer apps.
