Bug Description

The white text in the menus need to have black drop shadows. This will make the text much easier on the eyes, and it will make the theme match ubuntu.com more closely. I have attached a screenshot of part of ubuntu.com to demonstrate what I'm talking about. On ubuntu.com, it's not just white on orange (except for the name Ubuntu). There is a black offset to make it more readable.

ubuntu.com is using graphics for this in the css, this will be very heard/impossible to do in vBulletin.
