Bug Description
Growl has a setting that lets notifications persist after the computer has been idle for a certain amount of time, configurable by app. I'd like either this, or some other way of caching notifications that I would otherwise miss.

The application can set the urgency of the notification. If it's an urgent one, the notification will persist until explicitly closed. I think that's what you're looking for :)
