Preview tooltips not working on iceweasel 12.x

Bug Description

On the old theme(s), I had a topic "preview" where you would hold the cursor over a topic and it would pop up a tooltip with the first few lines of a post. When the new themes were implemented, that stopped working in my browser of choice, iceweasel (generic Firefox).

my browser.chrome.toolbar_tips key is set to "true" in iceweasel and the preview worked fine right before the theme change. The preview also works in Midori and the Ubuntu Firefox.

It seems to work now, so I'm just going to set this as Fix Released. If I have more issues, I will file a new bug. Thanks.
