mythweb fails with PHP error

After a new installation of myth (backend, frontend and mythweb all on this machine - default installation, apart from allowing remote frontends), mythweb fails with the following:

Warning at /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/modules/_shared/tmpl/default/header.php, line 12:
!!NoTrans: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/modules/_shared/tmpl/default/header.php:13)!!

The apache error log contains:

was an attempt to fix this bug by applying the last patch of http://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/10142
Made no difference to the error reported.

Please close as invalid.
/etc/apache2/sites-available/mythweb.conf had the wrong db_name following a previous frontend only install.

Glad it was an easy solution. In the future, all mythtv and mythplugins and mythweb bugs should be filed against the 'mythtv' source package. We don't use a 'mythweb' source package anymore.
