apport send no crash report

Bug Description

i start my laptop (ubuntu 12.04 / gnome3)
apport came up and tell it was a crash (in nautilus / ubuntu 12.04) quest: if you want to report.... i click yes...
apport crashes..

i have a second time, a 3,4MB crash file....

the same problem by glipper....

i install glipper in gnome3. the glipper icon is in the wrong panel (bottom) (thats not the real problem, Ive got an extension for this). but apport came ever 3-4minutes! up to tell my glipper was crashed.

I guess you expect that Apport will report your crash to Launchpad, but it's not a default behaviour in 12.04.
Look at the bug #994921.
To make the crash reporting work, comment out line 23 in '/etc/apport/crashdb.conf' ("'problem_types': ['Bug', 'Package'],") and reboot.

BTW, nautilus & glipper crash files have nothing to do with _this_ bug -- you can remove these attachments.
