Left side panel adjustment is reset upon closing and reopening program

I've found that Noise looks more pleasing (in my opinion) if you drag the left panel (the one displaying "Music" and everything under "Playlists") all the way to the left. It is then hidden and the interface looks a lot cleaner when using album cover view. Upon closing and reopening the program the panel seems to force itself open to the right slightly instead of staying hidden.

:( the new update made this even worse. Now you can't hide the left panel at all.

That's the intention. Pantheon-files's sidebar behaves in a similar way and we want it to be consistent. If we ever add the option to hide the sidebar, it would be by hitting F9 (or whatever other apps use). Please open a different report :)
