Bug Description
Shotwell will start in full screen and can not be changed if I press the F11 is not done nothing!

Adrián,
in the screenshot you attached Shotwell isn't in full screen mode - it's maximized, which is not the same thing. If you move your mouse to the top of the screen, you should see three small buttons appear in the upper left. If you click the third of those buttons, Shotwell will unmaximize. (Alternatively, press Alt+Space, then select the Unmaximize command from the menu which appears.) Does this help?
