Bug Description

 * ntop: interface eth0 is down
invoke-rc.d: initscript ntop, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing ntop (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 ntop
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
