Some Strings are not Saved Even Though I Translate and Save Them

Some strings are not saved even though I translate and save them many times.
Examples:

- "Report SpreadUbuntu Bug"
- "Live Chat"
- "Join a LoCo"

I have encountered with this issue in some other strings too, for example this one:

"Leave this blank if the material you are submitting is a translation or your original work. The original author is the person who created the source of this material if it is a derivative."

However, when I tried again it was saved. But, others are still the same. I checked the French version to be sure whether those strings are translatable and in French page, they are translated: http://spreadubuntu.org/fr

- "Aidez-nous à améliorer SpreadUbuntu"
- "Discuter en ligne"
- "Rejoindre une LoCo"
