Merge libvirt 0.9.11.3-1 from Debian unstable (main) [blocks gnome-boxes upload]

libvirt-glib 0.0.7 is blocked in depwait, as it needs at least libvirt 0.9.10, which is not yet available in Ubuntu.

This issue also blocks the sync of gnome-boxes from Debian.
