Bug Description
Document Metadata Dialog - Crash when saving after updating metadata with 2 documents open
To reproduce:
1. Open Inkscape (new document)
2. File->Document Metadata
3. Ctrl+N to open a new document
4. File->Document Metadata in new document
5. Switch back to first document
6. Update Metadata .. example set the Title to something
7. Save document - causes an assert in DocumentUndo
Tested on Ubuntu 12.04

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.46 on Mac OS X 10.5.8, Inkscape 0.47, 0.48.x and current trunk (r11352) on OS X 10.7.4.
