Bug Description
Firefox and Chrom{ium,e} all have autoscroll, which is when the user clicks on the mouse button, and moves the mouse to scroll up, down, left, or right in a page. It's invaluable to have in a super wide web page, and prevents a ton of scrolling with the mouse scroll wheel.
