Please sync science-* metapackages from debian sid main contrib non-free

I am on Ubuntu12.10 64bit.

Please sync from debian the science-* metapackages of all flavours which are actual in 0.16 version in debian while 0.15ubuntu1 is in Ubuntu12.10 in moment.

Also make sure to import all dependences form contrib and non-free if this is possible from licence side.

I am not so familiar with the sync process, may be it is more appropriated to merge the changes from science-*0.15ubuntu1 to the 0.16 packages first?

This seems to unrelated to ubiquity.

Ubuntu currently has these changes on top of Debian (in 0.15ubuntu1):
    - tasks/geography: Move to postgresql-9.1-postgis (8.4 is NBS),
      switch to python-mapnik2 from python-mapnik (NBS).
    - tasks/statistics: Remove r-cran-pscl (NBS).
    - Switch to libcneartree-dev from libcneartree3-dev (NBS).
    - Switch from nordugrid-arc-nox to libarccommon1.

From what I can see, these changes are still not in Debian: python-mapnik2, r-cran-pscl, libcneartree-dev, libarccommon1.

This means we can't currently sync this package, instead it needs to be merged: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/Merging
