There isn't true couterclockwise rotations with Ella

Bug Description

Since the is in menus, options for 'counterclockwise rotations', when I use Ella, I can see in preview and SWF exported files that objects are rotating ONLY in clockwise direction !

I made main part of the job ; now, I use 'EllaItems' structure and data base. During user rotation, the 'true' rotation angle is stored in EllaItems datas, and correctly sent to 'flash' exportation module (but I've done nothing for SVG module !)

since revision #134, alla items are managed by internal database ; thus, the TRUE rotation value is known ; it remains some job in order those changes work with Flash Export

The Glash export now manage the true rotation, but it remains to change various things :
- menus
- display in "properties panel" which has been added yesterday
