nis doesn't make kdm wait for it before starting in kubuntu

Bug Description

In Kubuntu, kdm starts before ypbind, which can give failed login errors while ypbind is executed in the background.

The file /etc/init/start-ypbind.conf blocks processes that need ypbind. It contains the lines:

start on (starting autofs or starting am-utils or starting gdm
or starting lightdm or starting atd)

Just adding "or starting kdm" fixes the problem.

This is on nis 3.17-32ubuntu4
