motu has the wrong Irc channel

Bug Description

If you look at the code motu has the wrong IRC channel as there is a #ubuntu-motu channel.
right now it is set two #ubuntu-devel. maybe there is a reason for this. Please let me know and I will patch :)

This indeed makes sense. What about using both channels in description? As far as I know both are related to MOTUs.

I believe that ubuntu-motu alone is the right answer, it would be the best place to ask questions about becoming a MOTU. I am proposing a fix per that.
