LMMS don't support vst-plugins on AMD64

vst-plugins depends on Wine1.4-i386 and isn't compiled on AMD64. LMMS shall be split into two packages: lmms and lmms-vst-full. lmms-vst-full depends on Wine1.4-i386 and should compile on i386 platform. See also this ppa https://launchpad.net/~irie/+archive/lmms/+packages

Why is there a task against Wine? I don't understand what needs to change in the wine1.4 package.

Hi could you please indicate what version of Ubuntu you are running?
If you have the time would you mind testing Ubuntu 13.04 and installing lmms from there? The newest version 0.4.14 is available and fixes many problems. Thank you so much!
