improve wording around custom font

Bug Description
At the moment the font selection is a little confusing. I think we can simplify things a bit.
If we change the Label to "Custom Font:" the combobox will be insensitive while the switch is off, and the combobox will be sensitive while the switch is on.
We don't really need to care what the system font is because we're already using it everywhere else. What's import is if we are using a custom font or not.
