Bug Description
This seems to be a regression of #530323 on 12.04 LTS:
# ifup eth0
/etc/resolvconf
cp: '/etc/resolv.conf' and '/etc/resolv.conf' are the same file
run-parts: /etc/resolvconf
run-parts: /etc/resolvconf
run-parts: /etc/network/
