Bug Description
An U-shaped (open) path object of three lines shaping three edges of a rectangle is being converted into a rectangle object when saving the document as PDF. The fourth edge of this rectangle object is unwanted, of course.
My workaround was replacing the path by three single lines and changing their line endings from "short" to "long" or "round". Another workaround is converting the svg into pdf by Batik-1.7.
My Inkscape version is 0.48 (sorry for not mentioning it in my last bug report). My OS is Win XP SP3.
