speakers OFF at startup after using headphones

Bug Description
after I upgraded to 12.04 (from 11.10) I noticed that if you turn off the system (ASUS U36SD) with headphones connected, and then you turn on it again without headphones the speakers will be muted, so you have to enable them manually or to use headphones again
