Bug Description

When using GNOME Classic 3.4.1 with Compiz, changing the "Initiate Window Move" (Move Window Plugin) to anything but the default setting (Alt-Button1), the GNome panel configuration menu will no longer activates via keys super-alt-Button3.

Resetting "Initiate Window Move" to default immediately restores the GNome panel configuration menu invocation capability.
