Cannot install fonts-manchufont package with apt

On attempting to install the package fonts-manchufont using Synaptic or apt-get install, installation fails and I get this error message.

W: Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/f/fonts-manchufont/fonts-manchufont_2.007.svn0068-2ubuntu1_all.deb
  403 Forbidden

However, I was able to download the package file using wget and install it using GDebi.
