Bug Description

On Ubuntu quantal,
when upgrading to php-apc_3.1.10-1_amd64 with php 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.1 installed, dpkg exits with the following error:

Unpacking replacement php-apc ...
Setting up php-apc (3.1.10-1) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/php-apc.postinst: 9: /var/lib/dpkg/info/php-apc.postinst: php5enmod: not found
dpkg: error processing php-apc (--install):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 127
Errors were encountered while processing:
 php-apc

The php5enmod command is not available until 5.4.0. Installing the package for 5.4.0 makes php5enmod available, but phpapi-20090626 is no longer provided.
