Keyboard config missing text field for testing settings

Bug Description

gnome-control-center Keyboard config could use a text field to allow users to test their settings (Key Repeat rate, delay, speed and cursor blinking speed). Right now users need to switch to another open app, such as gedit, to test set these settings.

It's a very small change, but it is present in most Operating Systems. It would help make the interface slightly more friendly.

Effenberg

Closing we are not going to do that in an Ubuntu specific way, should be reported upstream
