Does not start on Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise Penguin)

Cryptfolder Indicator was working on my old Ubuntu 11.10.
I made an upgrade to 12.04.

Now the software is not starting. Whats wrong?

Via command line I get this messages as root and user:

The password was not empty on ubuntu 11.10 and I didn't change it.
