nautilus copy dialog can not be opened if more than 3 copy dialogs on the process

I backup some of my folders to my USB flash drive

So, I copy one of the folders, then asynchronously I copy three more folders. All of them are on the copying dialog window.

When I click on the home folder on the unity dash, I get a new nautilus window. rather I should get the preview of the dialog screen and the rest nautilus windows
