Bug Description

I created shortcuts including the Super key like Super+C for gcalctool. Now my Custom Shortcuts do not work since the upgrade to Precise.
In the keyboard layout view i can see the Super key blink when i press it.
I'm using the classic mode gnome-session-fallback.

i dont think this is a dup, because it seems none of the super shortcuts work in "classic mode".

Binding Super via gnome-control-center does not work, but using Compiz' commands plugin does work!

This is on a machine using Gnome Classic Mode with Compiz Unity Plugin disabled.

Unsure how this behaviour now occurs .... has to do something with Compiz I assume.
