onscreen keyboard doesn't disappear from lock screen

After testing the onscreen keyboard and disabling it again, it still shows in the lock screen (CTRL+ALT+L).

If you go to "onboard settings" , the app, and select the general tab, what is the status of the check box marked "Show When Unlocking The Screen?"
I noticed that disabling the onboard keyboard myself did NOT untick this box.
