Bug Description
When using sticky keys, pressing a modifier key (i.e. Shift, Alt, Ctrl) twice should hold down that key until the modifier is pressed a 3rd time. On my Ubuntu 12.04 system, pressing a modifier key twice has no effect. Pressing a modifier key once will "stick" that key properly for one regular key press.
