Dash - screen doesnt redraw when un-maximizing dash

Bug Description

Steps:

1) open Dash
2) maximize Dash
3) un-maximize the Dash

Expected behavior: screen should look just like it did at step #1

Observed behavior: see screenshot - screen doesn't properly redraw (until I move the mouse around a lot)

I am also experiencing this bug. I am using Intel Sandy Bridge graphics if it makes a difference.

Forgot to mention my video card/driver. The card is an ATI FireGL V5250 using the radeon open source driver.
