Evolution "add account" causes crash on 12.04LTS

For some reason when I go to add an email account in Evolution, upon clicking "add email account" - the window closes promptly and doesn't allow me to add the account or even open Evolution.

Same problem here. Ubuntu 12.04 fresh installation.
