Bug Description
When the AI has a starting position near to a desert where trees grow very badly, it runs easy out of wood. As an example, you can play the map "The big lake", watch the sixth player (brown).
I have two ideas:
1. Foresters should preferredly be built on grass (or at least not in desert). If they have planted some trees that grow, the AI will decide to build a lumberjack near those trees.
2. The AI should give the constructionsites of lumberjacks (and maybe foresters) a priority for trunks (maybe also for stone and blackwood/
