Add-in Manager refresh button inconsistencies

Bug Description

Pinta 1.3 on Windows XP:
1. Edit | Add-in Manager.
2. Click on Update tab and then on Gallery tab.
In both cases look into "Refresh" button. On Update there is Refresh text + button, on Gallery there is only Refresh button.
This is inconsistency and in my humble opinion both tabs should have the same button naming logic. I prefer the one with name (Update tab), but any way it would be better to have consistency on multiple tabs, to reduce confusion.

I also tested on latest development on Ubuntu 12.04. The same problem.

This dialog is part of the Mono.Addins framework, so this should be reported upstream at http://monoaddins.codeplex.com/workitem/list/basic
