Bypass popover when only option is open file

Bug Description
In the add-to-playlist popover, I have two buttons "file" and "cancel" and a large open file icon.
Since the only real option is "file" (which is not an action or place btw, and thus not a good button name) hitting the "add" button here should bypass this popover and simply open the Open File dialog.
