finishes copies from DVD with 99%

Bug Description
i'm copying some DVD onto HDD with
dd_rescue /dev/sr0 'Filename.iso'.
The are all finished with 99%.
example:
~$ dd_rescue /dev/scd0 'Fargo.iso'
dd_rescue: (info) expect to copy 7242968kB from /dev/scd0
dd_rescue: (info): ipos: 7242752.0k, opos: 7242752.0k, xferd: 7242752.0k
dd_rescue: (info): read /dev/scd0 (7242968.0k): EOF
dd_rescue: (info): Summary for /dev/scd0 -> Fargo.iso:
dd_rescue: (info): ipos: 7242968.0k, opos: 7242968.0k, xferd: 7242968.0k
Tried it with 3, 4 DVDs and all have been finished with 99%!

Kurt Garloff's dd_rescue is no longer supported here, Precise is the last Ubuntu release to contain it: https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ ddrescue /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ gddrescue
Starting from Quantal, there's only GNU ddrescue in Ubuntu repos: https:/
In the case your problem persists with the current upstream version (1.40), you should contact the upstream author: http:// www.garloff. de/kurt/ linux/ddrescue/
Alternatively, you can give the GNU ddrescue a try.
