Osx dock quit command is ignored

When I try to close Pinta v1.3 through the dock contextual menu, the quit action is ignored. Using the menu inside the app works.

I've committed a change that should make the Quit item work from the main app menu (https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/commit/3d2421c74bba515e69eeea5803ab1f24f48b4dde).

I think it should be possible to handle quitting from the dock using the steps in http://mjhutchinson.com/journal/2010/01/25/integrating_gtk_application_mac/

I'll put out a development preview soon so that this fix can be verified.

I've heard from a Mac user that this is fixed with the latest development preview, so this issue can stay as Fix Committed.

This bug is Mac-specific and has nothing to do with Windows. Please file another bug report if you are encountering an issue.
