Bug Description
The PDF sales report has the following styling:
"Amounts in USD" in italics
the month header + "Total This Report" in bold
On the other hand, the XLS report differs from the above in the following things:
"Amounts in USD" in bold
the month header + "Total This Report" with regular font
We should fix the XLS sales report to match the PDF styling.
