Ruler units option not displayed after Pinta restarts

Bug Description
Pinta 1.3 on Windows XP:
1. Select View | Ruler Units | Pixels.
2. Close Pinta and open it again.
3. Look at View | Rules Units and you will see no option is selected. I would expect to be Pixels.

Confirmed. It only seems to happen for pixels (works fine for the other unit options)
